These evenings are to facilitate the social mixing of Year 8 students and their families who will be transferring to the same secondary school. Families of students going to the same school next year will have the opportunity to gather together at a central location (to be advised) for a potluck dinner followed by some games. Evenings will only be organised where there are students from more than one school transferring to the same secondary school and there is sufficient interest from families.
This evening will be organised by Don Payne the Extra@Pelorus Coordinator and parent expression of interest slips will be distributed on the 12th of November to returned to school by the 14th of November.

The proposed dates are as follows:
Marlborough Boys' families -18th November
Marlborough Girls' families- 21st November
Nelson College for Boys -25th November
Nelson College for Girls-29th November
