Max Beach
Hi all, I’m Max Beach. I’ve lived in our community my whole life and even went to Havelock School myself, so this school has always been part of my life. Now, I’m a proud dad of two daughters here, and I want to help make sure they and all our tamariki get the best start possible.
I work for a small locally owed business, I have volunteered at the school many times, and I’m a big believer in strong family values. As a father, I hope to bring a fresh perspective and balanced voice to the board, working alongside others to make thoughtful, well-rounded decisions.
I’m approachable, down-to-earth, and always happy to listen to different points of view. I’d be honoured to represent our parent community and do my bit to support our school’s future.
Regards,
Max Beach
Nikita Gane
As a parent of three children currently attending Havelock School, I am passionate about supporting our school’s growth, wellbeing, and connection to the wider community. My family and I live locally, where we manage a sheep and beef farm, vineyard, and run tourism and a wool business. Through this, I’ve developed skills in organisation, budgeting, communication, and community engagement, all of which I believe are valuable to the School Board.
I’m committed to ensuring that every child at Havelock School has the opportunity to thrive in inspiring learning environment. I believe in transparent communication between staff, board, and families, and in strengthening the partnership between the school and our community.
I would bring energy, and a practical, forward thinking approach to the board, with a focus on supporting both the teaching team and our children to reach their full potential.
Regards,
Nikita Gane
